Je vous parle souvent de la méditation de pleine conscience sous sa forme assise.
Cependant, il en existe une variante qui se pratique en marchant. Une occasion de mettre de la conscience dans votre quotidien différemment ! Voyons en quoi cela consiste ensemble.
La marche en conscience, mode d’emploi
Pendant toute la marche :
- Choisissez un rythme de marche qui vous plait et qu’il vous est facile de conserver pendant toute la marche
- Portez votre regard au dessus de la ligne d’horizon
- Portez votre attention sur votre respiration pendant les premiers pas de la marche puis écoutez simplement les bruits qui vous entourent : le chant des oiseaux, le froissement de vos basket sur le chemin, les voitures au loin, le souffle de votre respiration, les cris des enfants etc.
Quand des pensées arrivent (c’est inévitable et normal), juste, gentiment, demandez vous de vous concentrer à nouveau sur l’écoute des bruits qui vous entourent, quels qu’ils soient, sans jugement.
Soyez attentif à respecter ces 3 recommandations le plus souvent possible, tout le temps de la marche et racontez moi comment s’est ensuite déroulé votre retour à la maison, au bureau, et pour tout le reste de votre journée !
En vous souhaitant une excellente journée et en vous proposant si possible de mettre en action immédiatement les présentes recommandations. C’est parti ?!
A noter : vous pouvez pratiquer cette méditation marchée aussi bien sur un chemin de campagne comme sur le chemin de votre bureau, l’environnement important peu.
Ce qui importe en revanche est votre présence et votre attention aux trois points énoncés plus hauts. Le miracle de la pleine conscience peut commencer à opérer. Ok ?
